Barclay Court Bed & Breakfast -- The Barclay Court Bed & Breakfast was Seattle AIA's "Home of the Year for 2003". This home features Wirsbo radiant floors, Buderus wall panel radiators, and a Viessmann boiler.

Normandy Park Residence -- This unusual waterfront home took three years to complete. Its unique exterior and interior design was complimented by the radiant heating system and sophisticated boiler zoning on a large scale.

Commercial Constructions

The Soundview Private School Auditorium, Lynnwood, WA -- The Soundview Private School is a 6000 SF addition that features a basement multipurpose room and an auditorium with balcony.

Renovations


Wilson Residence -- Home renovation featuring new Viessman boiler and hot water tank, and a broad range of wall panel radiators that replaced the old wall convectors.



Meeker Mansion -- The Meeker Mansion is located in Puyallup, WA. It was the home of Ezra Meeker, an early settler to the Northwest, who popularized the Oregon Trail and was the author of many books, including The Old Oregon Trail. Join us as we present an ongoing renovation of this historic home.


ART Shop -- How do we heat our office? How does Sheldon stay warm? Take a look at what can be done in a remodel to make for the most comfortable living and working environment.

Woodway Residence Remodel -- A waterfront estate remodeled and restored to exacting standards. We installed a complete Wirsbo radiant floor system, Viessmann RN boiler and HoriCell DHW tank. To meet the Owner's need for higher indoor air quality, the ventilation system uses LifeBreath Heat Recovery Ventilation, TFP filtration and in-line exhaust fans.
